Company relocations have enhanced our soft skills and allowed us to develop a unique approach for the rapid yet thorough exploration of new markets, project selection, and initiation. In new markets, REMI GROUP invests significant time and resources in understanding the urban development context and market potential, conducting comprehensive due diligence before acquiring properties.

Our mid-term goal is to launch new projects in North America, actively exploring opportunities in the US market, particularly in Florida and other states. This expansion will enable us to apply our experience and innovative approaches to international projects.

Company's History

Founded in 2002 in Donetsk, Eastern Ukraine, REMI GROUP quickly became a regional market leader. The relocation to Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, in 2014 marked a new chapter in our history. In Kyiv and its suburbs, we have succeeded in several significant projects, demonstrating our adaptability and innovation even under changing conditions.

From 2019 to 2021, REMI GROUP as the land developer and partner took a part in the RETAIL PARK BUCHA project, a 13,000 square meter commercial complex. The complex hosts leading Ukrainian retail brands such as ATB, Foxtrot, Comfy, Jusk, and Sportlife, among others. A strategic and bold decision to host the Adonis clinic on the second floor has created additional value for the city's residents and synergy for the shopping complex.

A key project for REMI GROUP is the construction of the AN30 office building in the heart of Kyiv, Ukraine. This project in the city's historical center aligns with the spirit of the Vienna Memorandum, aiming for "the development of culture through quality interventions as the ultimate goal of modern historical city development." The ultra-modern facade of the building blends seamlessly with the surrounding architectural landmarks. By early 2022, all necessary measures were taken to protect surrounding buildings and complete the foundational work.

To implement affordable housing projects in the suburbs of Kyiv, a joint venture with Avantazh company was established, launching the first project, Avantazh-247, in the city of Bucha.

REMI GROUP has also invested in land plots in Kyiv and its suburbs, waiting for resuming existing projects and launching new ones post-war in Ukraine.
